Book design for Maarsen Groep & Zadelhoff about the development of building Hourglass, at business district Zuidas Amsterdam and connection to ‘Kenniskwartier’ of the VU. The building houses Loyens & Loeff leading firm for legal and tax advice, a hotel and a gym.
The book is showing the building’s features and tells stories of diverse people involved through interviews, portraits and architecture. The shape, monumentality, the light stone facade and the high-quality materialization give the building a timeless and international appearance.
